The Eucharist is found on every page of the New Testament. This is because the Eucharist is life. The Eucharist was not merely one act in the life of Jesus, but the whole of His life, from his birth to his death. Throughout his life Jesus made himself available to everyone. This is what the Eucharist must continue to do. The Eucharist must touch life.
