The Word is something alive and active (Hebrews 4:12) and so a Word is something that must be made new, interpreted and reinterpreted to make sense of it for our day, which is also why the Church gives as much importance to tradition as it gives to scripture. This is also why in this book besides an exegesis and reflection, the author has posed a question for each text each day in the hope that each reader will respond to it for him/herself.
